Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet
been submitted to our medical team for physician review. If the order is canceled within this
window, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team at support@sxnow.com within
24 hours of placing your order.

After Physician Review
Once your health questionnaire has been submitted to a licensed physician for review, the
consultation process has begun and the order can no longer be canceled or refunded. Clinical
resources have been allocated at this stage.

After Medication Is Dispensed and Shipped
Once a prescription has been issued and medication has been dispensed by the pharmacy,
no refunds or returns are available. Under federal and state pharmacy regulations,
prescription medications cannot be returned, resold, or restocked once dispensed to a patient.
This is a legal requirement, not a company policy.

After Medication Is Delivered
Once the medication has been delivered to the customer, the sale is final. No refunds, returns,
or exchanges will be issued for delivered prescription medications.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received incorrect medication, please contact our
customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and work with our
pharmacy partner to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement at no
additional cost.

Not Approved for Treatment
If a licensed physician determines that treatment is not medically appropriate for you, and no
prescription is issued, you will receive a full refund.

Policy Visibility
This policy is communicated to all customers before purchase. It is displayed on the checkout
page, in the Terms of Service, and on the dedicated Refund Policy page at
sxnow.com/refund-policy. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they have read
and agree to this policy.
