This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use.
SXNow.com provides a platform that connects you with Ola Digital Health (“Telehealth Provider”), an independent telehealth company that facilitates telehealth consultations with licensed healthcare providers (“Providers”), prescription services, and related healthcare services. We do not provide medical services, medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. 2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT HOW THE SERVICE WORKS
When you use our Website, you may provide certain health or medical information through integrated forms and questionnaires. These forms are provided and operated by our Telehealth Provider (Ola Digital Health) and are integrated into our Website for your convenience.
Information you submit through these integrated forms is collected directly by the Telehealth Provider. We maintain a Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) with the Telehealth Provider, which governs the handling of Protected Health Information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and applicable regulations.
The Telehealth Provider is responsible for:
• Collecting and processing health information you submit through integrated forms
• Providing telehealth consultations through licensed healthcare Providers
• Prescription services and pharmacy coordination
• Payment processing for healthcare services
• Maintaining the privacy and security of your Protected Health Information
We do not process payments. All payment transactions are handled directly by the Telehealth Provider or its payment processors.

3. PROTECTED INFORMATION
In using the Service, you may provide certain health or medical information that may be protected under applicable laws. To the extent we are deemed a “business associate” under HIPAA, and solely in our role as a business associate, we may be subject to certain provisions of HIPAA with respect to “protected health information” as defined under HIPAA (“PHI”) that you provide through the Service.
Any medical or health information that you provide that is subject to specific protections under applicable state laws (collectively, with PHI, “Protected Information”) will be used and disclosed only in accordance with such applicable laws. However, any information that does not constitute Protected Information under applicable laws may be used or disclosed in any manner permitted under this Privacy Policy.
Protected Information does not include information that has been de-identified in accordance with applicable laws.
The Telehealth Provider and its Providers have adopted a Notice of Privacy Practices that describes how they use and disclose Protected Information. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge receipt of the Notice of Privacy Practices from the Telehealth Provider.
For purposes of clarity, basic information such as name, email address, and phone number that you provide for general inquiries or communications with us (not through the telehealth intake forms) is not considered Protected Information and will be subject to this Privacy Policy.
